It was to be many years and much research later before that dream was finally fulfilled when my True Appaloosa Stallion, Kiss My Finest Heart, stepped off the lorry here in Spain completing a long journey from Texas and from my childhood. He is of course Black and White - so was the TV in those days!

Though I learnt long ago that Appaloosas come in many colours and with many coat patterns I stayed true to my dream. As such I also have True Appaloosa Mares to do my small part in increasing the numbers of this once nearly extinct breed.

Here in the idyllic countryside of Casares, 10 minutes from the Costa del Sol, I am constantly learning with my horses as I practice barefoot and natural horse husbandry, endurance riding and perfect our small breeding program.

As the years have past I have learnt that the more I know about horses the more there is to learn! So I decided to build this web site to share what I have learnt and continue to learn regarding Endurance, Barefoot horses and Paddock Paradise. I will also happily share with you all I have learnt regarding equipment, horse riding tips, horse training tips and health care. Maybe in return, you can share your equine knowledge with me!
