My Passion

Appaloosa horses are my passion. Well actually any horse can easily earn a place in my heart! Caring for horses, riding horses, teaching others how to care for their horses in the most natural and healthy way possible is what life is all about for me. Sharing my passion so that others may learn what it is to share their life with such majestic creatures is something I will never tire of.

I set up this web site to bring your attention to my appaloosa horses and my barefoot horse husbandry philosophy. In doing so I also realised I could save you a lot of time by also informing you about equipment, horse training, horse health and so much more.

Deciding to build this site I wanted to be sure that it would reach people, whilst I could maintain complete control over its content, and that my effort would help someone else to save time and learn more about the equine kingdom in any one of its many corners! Therefore I needed to be sure that my site would be found and again began investigations to find a provider/service that would give me all that. Oh yes, it also had to be a "idiots guide" product that a complete novice like me could get her head around and make it work.

I had been in communication with a lovely lady, also here in Spain, for some time due to our common interest in horses. When I checked out her website and found the answer for mine.

I don´t know anyone who owns a horse that doesn´t also own a dog. Sabrina Wrench is a lady passionate about her dogs, and passionate about helping you to bring out the best in yours. Like horses, it is the ones not understood or properly trained that give the rest a bad name. Whether you just want your dog to come when called or you´d like to compete in agility classes or the new fun craze that both dog and owner enjoy that is Flyball, Sabrina will patiently show you how. Situated a few kilometers up the coast from me now in Coin, I made Sabrina´s acquaintance many years ago when she started her classes in the adjoining valley.

The company that installed our Horse Walker were efficient from the get go. Quick to respond with a detailed quote, answered all our queries and installed ´the beast´ in one day. We choose to have it installed 2 weeks after approving the quote, but it could have been here within the week even though our walker is not an ´off-the-shelf` size. They returned a week later to assure that all was running correctly. I like this!
