My Passion

Appaloosa horses are my passion. Well actually any horse can easily earn a place in my heart! Caring for horses, riding horses, teaching others how to care for their horses in the most natural and healthy way possible is what life is all about for me. Sharing my passion so that others may learn what it is to share their life with such majestic creatures is something I will never tire of.

I set up this web site to bring your attention to my appaloosa horses and my barefoot horse husbandry philosophy. In doing so I also realised I could save you a lot of time by also informing you about equipment, horse training, horse health and so much more.

For my husband´s company I paid a web designer to build the site, register it and manage it. I know nothing of this technology so had to trust in their knowledge and experience. In 6 years we have never received feed back as a direct result of that site. It has never registered on a search engine!

So when I decided to build this site I wanted to be sure that it would reach people, whilst I could maintain complete control over its content, and that my effort would help someone else to save time and learn more about the equine kingdom in any one of its many corners! Therefore I needed to be sure that my site would be found and again began investigations to find a provider/service that would give me all that. Oh yes, it also had to be a "dimsumguide" product that a complete novice like me could get her head around and make it work.

I had been in communication with a lovely lady, also here in Spain, for some time due to the buying and selling of horses and our common interest. After months of emails and phone conversations I finally checked out her website and found the answer for mine.
